We accept PayPal for international customers. For Philippine buyers, we also accept GCash, Maya, and GoTyme. You’ll find the details on our PH payment details page.

For PH orders, visit our payment details page and pay through GCash, Maya, or GoTyme. Submit your receipt through the order form in the PH shop so we can verify your payment. For USD orders, use the payment options available at checkout.

For PayPal orders, you’ll receive an email with your downloadable files. Please check your inbox and spam folder just in case. For GCash, Maya, or GoTyme payments, we’ll verify your payment and send your files as soon as possible.

All digital products are non-refundable. Our templates are Canva editable and designed to work for both Canva Free and Pro users. If you encounter any issues, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Our physical products are available within the Philippines only. We don’t offer international shipping. If you’re outside the Philippines, you can still shop our digital templates and crafting tools.

Send an inquiry through our Say Hello page and let us know which physical products you would like to order. For custom requests, include the details and we’ll check for you. Custom design is free and includes up to 3 revisions. If you have a reference or design inspiration, feel free to share it so we can match what you’re looking for.

You’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll personally reach out to confirm details and ask a few questions. Most of our items are personalized, so we want to make sure everything is right. We’ll also send a design proof for your approval before printing.

For small orders, full payment is required. For bulk orders, we require a 50% down payment, with the remaining 50% due before shipment or delivery.

Processing usually takes 2–4 days, depending on the complexity of your order, especially for personalized items. We’ll keep you updated along the way.

Delivery is available within the Philippines only. We don’t offer international shipping. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. We can book through J&T or Lalamove for nearby areas.

We can offer a refund or replacement if the item is damaged during delivery. Please send a photo or video taken during unboxing as proof. Proof of the damage is required for a refund or replacement.

Once your order is paid for and confirmed, we won’t be able to cancel it. If you need help, just message us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Our designs and templates can’t be resold or shared in any digital form. Please don’t copy, modify, or use them to create your own digital products for sale. For more details, see our Terms & Conditions.

You can use our products for personal use or to create your own finished items, such as printed materials or client work. The original files and templates can’t be shared or resold as digital products.

Our Philippine pricing is a special local rate for customers in the Philippines who pay directly through GCash, GoTyme, or Maya. For international customers, the USD price includes payment processing fees, transaction fees, and other costs associated with international payments through providers such as PayPal. We do our best to keep both options fair while accounting for these different costs. Whichever option you choose, you’ll receive the same template, updates, and support.
