How do I order digital products?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (perfect for international clients)

For Philippine buyers, we also accept: GCash, Maya, and GoTyme

How do I send my payment?

If you are checking out on our website, simply complete your payment via PayPal.

For GCash, Maya, or GoTyme, we will send you our payment details via Facebook message. Once payment is sent, just share a screenshot as proof

What happens after I submit my order?

For PayPal orders, you will receive an email with your downloadable files.

Please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case).

For GCash, Maya, or GoTyme payments, we’ll verify your payment and send your files as soon as possible

What if I made a mistake in my order?

Just send us a message right away so we can help fix it before processing!

Are your digital products refundable and editable?

All digital products are non-refundable. Our templates are Canva editable and designed to work for both Canva Free and Pro users. If you encounter any issues, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Physical FAQs

How do I order a physical product?

Fill out the form under our physical shop and let us know what you need from our selection. For custom requests, just include the details and we’ll check for you.

Custom design is free and includes up to 3 revisions. If you have a peg or inspiration, feel free to share so we can match what you’re looking for.

What happens after I submit my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll personally reach out to you to confirm details and ask a few questions. Most of our items are personalized, so we want to make sure everything is just right.

We’ll also send a design proof for your approval before we proceed with printing.

What are your payment terms?

For small orders, full payment is required.

For bulk orders, we require 50% downpayment and 50% before shipment or delivery.

How long does order processing take?

Processing usually takes 2–4 days, depending on the complexity of your order, especially for personalized items. We’ll keep you updated along the way.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is shouldered by the buyer. We can book via J&T or Lalamove for nearby areas.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

We can offer a refund or replacement if the item is damaged during delivery. Please send us a photo or video as proof taken during unboxing. No proof, no refund.

General FAQs

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is paid for and confirmed, we won’t be able to cancel it anymore. If you need help, just message us, and we’ll try our best to assist you.

Can I resell your designs or templates?

No, our designs and templates are not for reselling or sharing in any digital form.

Please don’t copy, modify, or use them to create your own digital products for sale.

How can I use the digital products I purchased?

You can use our products for personal use or to create your own finished items (like printed materials or client work).

Just a reminder, the original files and templates can’t be shared or resold as digital products.
