Who is Crafter’s Toolkit for?
It’s made for crafters, creators, and small business owners who want help pricing products and keeping track of orders, customers, materials, and business records in one workspace.
What’s the difference between Toolkit and Essentials?
Toolkit includes the costing and pricing features in Essentials, plus tools for orders, customers, inventory, sales, finance, invoices, and more. Essentials keeps the focus on costing and pricing and is a one-time payment with lifetime access.
Can I include more than just material costs?
Yes. Product Costing includes labor, printing, packaging, overhead, overage, and production loss alongside your materials. You can save separate retail and bulk price sets.
Is the Canva library included in every plan?
No. The growing Canva Template Library and Crafter’s Community are available to annual Toolkit subscribers only. Community templates can be used to create physical products to sell. These benefits aren’t included with Essentials or other Toolkit subscription plans.
Is Toolkit a one-time purchase?
Toolkit uses subscription access, with the option to cancel anytime. Visit the pricing page for your location to review the available plans and billing details.
Can I use it outside the Philippines?
Yes! Toolkit has an option to select another currency to suit your business. International subscription pricing is listed in USD.
Can I share my account or use several devices?
One account is for one user, and your account is limited to two registered devices. Keep your login private to help protect your saved costings, customer details, and business records.
How do I get started and keep my records safe?

Highly recommended ang Crafter's Tool Kit! Lalo sa mga begginner na magbi business, yung walang background pano mag business, but because of this tool, sobrang dali na, pano ka magko costing, every piece of material may computation ng cost. From piece of every material, pati labor cost, shipping, print cost, pde ka ring gumawa ng bundle, wholsale costing ng walang kahirap hirap! may Invoice na din at Customer Tracking, pati inventory ng materials! Sobrang dali gamitin,may kanya kanyang Dashboard,unlike ng sheets na mejo confusing... Thank you so much!

Alam nyo po maam, nagkakalkal na ako. Pero halos wala na ako masabi sa ganda nya maam. Very accessible. Simple ang design, hindi sobrang magulo, may instruction sya agad bawat open na nagpopop up which is mas okay po para di na naghahanap. Tapos pinakamaganda maam, nag aautosave sya. Hahaha.

When I started selling handmade products, I realized I was spending almost as much time managing my business as I was creating. I had separate spreadsheets for pricing, inventory, customer orders, expenses, and sales, and keeping everything updated became overwhelming.
That’s why I created Crafter’s Toolkit.
I wanted one place where creative business owners could manage every part of their business without jumping between different apps and spreadsheets. My goal was to build a tool that helps you stay organized, make confident business decisions, and spend more time doing what you love.
