Who is Crafter’s Essentials for?

It’s for crafters, makers, and small business owners who want a focused way to organize materials, calculate product costs, and save their selling prices.

Can I include printing and my time?

Yes. Use Print Hub to calculate ink costs per page, then account for printing, materials, labor, packaging, and overhead as you work through your product costs.

Is Essentials a subscription?

No. Essentials is a one-time payment with lifetime access. Choose Philippine or international pricing above to open the relevant shop page.

How is it different from Toolkit?

Essentials focuses on materials, printing, costing, and price lists. Toolkit adds business management tools such as inventory, customers, sales, invoices, a calendar, and order management. The growing Canva Template Library and Crafter’s Community are annual Toolkit benefits and aren’t included with Essentials.

Can I share my account or use two devices?

One account is for one user and can be registered on up to two devices. Keep your login private to help protect your saved materials, pricing, and business records.

Where do I start, and should I keep a backup?

Follow the welcome guide, save a few materials, and try costing a familiar product. Keep your own backup of important product, pricing, supplier, and material information as your records grow. If you get stuck, send us a message.
